The fastest way. It takes effect immediately.
- Open Dolly and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out on every device.
2.Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, install Dolly again and delete the account from Profile, then Settings. It closes as soon as you confirm.
3.What is deleted
- Your profile — name, avatar, bio, language and settings.
- Your sign-in sessions and the devices registered for notifications.
- Your favourites and your place in discovery. Nobody can call or find you.
- For consultants: your voice introduction and your listing.
Your mobile number is released, so it can be used to create a new account later. Coins left in the wallet are forfeited, as set out in the Terms.
4.What is kept, and for how long
- Coin purchases, coins spent and consultant payouts — kept for 8 years, because Indian accounting and tax law requires financial records to be retained.
- Identity and payout records of consultants — for the period financial regulation requires.
- Reports and moderation decisions — up to 2 years, so a banned account cannot simply start again.
These records are not used for anything else and are deleted when the retention period ends. See the Privacy Policy for details.
